I refer to your application for a subclass 175 Skilled Independent visa, in the VE visa class,
lodged on 31 October 2007 at DIAC Adelaide.
Your application has been assessed against the requirements of this visa class, as specified in
the Migration Regulations 1994. I am not satisfied that you have met the criteria for grant of this
class of visa. Consequently, your application has been refused.
In assessing your application I found that you failed to satisfy the following criteria:
175.223 The applicant satisfies:
(a) public interest criteria 4001, 4002, 4003, 4004, 4005 and 4010;
Specifically, you have failed to meet Public Interest Criterion 4003(b).
4003 The applicant is not determined by the Foreign Minister, or a person authorised by the
Foreign Minister, to be a person whose presence in Australia:
(a) …
(b) may be directly or indirectly associated with the proliferation of weapons of
mass destruction.
Please note that there is no right of review in respect of a decision to refuse an application for a
class VE Subclass 175 Skilled – Independent visa.

خداييش اگه تو اين مسائل بودم نميسوختم ميگفتم بي خيال ولي آي ميسوزي نباشي و رد بشي بخاطرش
